Special Conditions
Rentals must be Saturday to Saturday. There is a fee of €12.00 per person for the rental of sheets and pillowcases. There is a fee of €5.00 per person for the rental of towels.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
    You can also send us the deposit of 50% of the total amount by faxing us your credit card details with a 2% commision off we have to give our bank. Example: if you send us 100 Euro, we will send you a receipt of your deposit for the apartment booking of Euro 98.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • Smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 7:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • Dogs and Cats are allowed.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
