It features 2 bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other with a double bed. Both bedrooms have fantastic views of the city and the area.

Master bedroom has it's own private ensuite bathroom with a tall and double wide shower.

There is a living room, dining room and an extra den wit a loft bed. Extra cots can be set up for more guests.

The building features the best amenities in the city: indoor heated pool, hot tub, steam room, hot tub, meeting room and gym.

1 Double Bed (sleeps 2). Second bedroom has a full size closet. All linens and sheets are a minimum of 600 thread count and includes a luxury duvet. There are views of the city from 2 sides from this second bedroom penthouse suite.
Den
1 Single Lower Bunk Bed (sleeps 1) and 2 Single Cots (sleeps 2). This den has a loft bed for children or small adults. Underneath the loft bed, extra cots can be set up at an additional charge of $20/bed per night. Each cot comes with the mattress, linens, pillow, duvet and an extra set of towels.

Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, shower and one basin.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 20%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a Play Pen can be provided with a deposit/fee of: $10/night.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $60/cleaning.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
