1 Double Bed (sleeps 2). Second bedroom has a full size closet. All linens and sheets are a minimum of 600 thread count and includes a luxury duvet. There are views of the city from 2 sides from this second bedroom penthouse suite.

1 Double Futon Bed (sleeps 2). cots can be ordered at an additional charge of $20/night. They come with the cot, mattress, sheet set, pillow, duvet with duvet cover and an extra set of towels.

Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, shower and one basin.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
The booking is confirmed with a credit card and payment made on arrival. A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 20%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a Play Pen can be provided with a deposit/fee of: $10/night.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 1 Dog or Cat is allowed under 40lbs (14kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of please inquire will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $60/cleaning.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
