Southern French stoned house with private pool for 10 p. near Mediterranean Sea
The property,a renovated 18th-century farm is situated above the hamlet of Rigarda, near Vinça which has facilities such as a lake, seasonal beach bar, tennis courts...as well as a good variety of shops and several bar/restaurants The house is very well equipped and furnished. There is a lot of comfortable seating in the large 75 sq metre sitting room, which has a fireplace, billiards table, satellite TV, music system and a digital piano (please note that there are two low beams, one at each end of the room). From here there are beautiful views across to the mountains and down to Rigarda.

    The villa is in a very quiet area. It has beautiful views across to the mountains and down to the hamlet of Rigarda. It lies at the foot of Mont Canigou.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 2,000 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior, there is no refund.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
    Please discuss additional cancellation details with the Owner in the 24-hour grace period.

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pencan be provided.
    • Check in after 5:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
    • Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided daily during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate may be provided.
