Aguadilla (BQN) airport is a 40 minute drive from the home. San Juan's Luis Munoz Marin Airport in Isla Verde is within a 2 1/2 hour drive.
Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). There are restaurants and local bars within a 10 minute walk. Also, the town center of Rincon is within q 15 minute walk. Supermarkets, more restaurants, internet cafe's, and other restaurants are within a 5 minute drive. Major shopping centers, movie theatre, and malls are within a 20 minute drive.
Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is sand and rocks. This vacation home is located within walking distance of the beach and within a 5 minute drive from other beaches. Beaches range from surfing spots during the winter season, to snorkeling and sandy beaches for relaxation year round.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
Cancellation policy: You must cancel no later than 30 days before the start of your rental period. If you decide to cancel within this time frame, and the period can be re-rented, you will receive a full refund less a cancelation fee of 50% of the security deposit. If the cancellation period can not be rented, only 50% of the entire amount contracted shall be refunded.

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
