Welcoming kit includes basic toiletries and cleaning supplies and a folder with neighborhood map and info, apartment instructions, tips, suggestions, etc., to make your stay in Rio relaxed and uncomplicated.
- Three blocks to subway station.
- Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). There are plenty of shops and restaurants within one or two blocks from the apartment. A neighborhood map with the best options is supplied. Internet cafe, supermarkets, restaurants, bakeries, banks, post office, drugstores, laundromat, and fruit market are all within 1-3 blocks.
- Beach surface is fine sand. Walk three short blocks to the beach.
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). A refundable security/damage deposit of 400 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 25) are refunded if the unit is re-rented. Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Western Union Best payment options for reservation deposit are through Western Union, Xoom or PayPal; balance in cash (Dollars, Euros, or Reals) on arrival.

- No smoking is allowed.
- Children are allowed and children under the age of 3 years old stay free.
- Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM.
- No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
- There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
