    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). For guests 25 years of age or younger a credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less a variable percentage depending on the timing) are refunded.
    Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit
