If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund. Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Western Union - Travelers Cheques

- Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
- No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
- There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
- No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
