Property is waterfront (i.e. no properties between the property and water OR property is in a community with private waterfront access).
is less than a 1 minute walk from the property.
The complex is situated on a lake front park and river front walkway/bike trail. There is boat access to the side of the complex, where boats can be tied up safely on shore or canoes and kayaks can be pulled up. There is a choice of great sandy swimming beach parks within a few 100 meters. There are two beautiful sandy beaches adjacent to the condo property with great swimming and picnic facilities. The condo property has boat access on the river channel and a large fish pond, park and walking path on the lakeside. There is a wonderful hike and bike trail along the lake shore, starting at the side of our complex. It has a trestle near by that is great for fishing and swimming from.
Ski/Board Out is a 45 minute transit/shuttle ride to runs from the property.
Apex Ski Resort is only a forty minute drive from the condo. There is skiing from November to April and mountain biking and hiking in the summer. Look for "X-8" on Resort Map.

The airport is about a 1 minute drive/taxi from the property. The Penticton Airport is only a 12 minute drive from the condo.
Golf Courses
There is a choice of 6 excellent golf courses within a 15 minute to 30 minute drive. Inkameep Canyon Desert Golf Course, and Fairview Mountain Golf Courses are twenty-five minutes away.
Shopping and Dining
The shops and restaurants are about a 5 minute walk from the property. There is a small shopping mall with a large grocery store and other shops across the street from the condo.

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due on arrival.
Booking Cancellation Conditions
If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50 percent) are refunded if the property is re-rented.
If you cancel more than 60 days prior to arrival, all payments made to date less 20% will be refunded if the unit is re-rented. If you cancel 31-60 days prior to arrival, all payments made to date less 40% will be refunded if the unit is re-rented. If you cancel 30 or less days prior to arrival, all payments made to date will be forfeited (which is 50% of the total).
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 CAD is due on arrival.
