Airport
The Penticton airport is about a 15 minute drive/taxi from the property. The airport is a short drive North on Highway 97 towards Penticton.
Attractions
Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. There is a moorage float/anchor. The complex is situated on a lake front park and river front walkway/bike trail. There is boat access to the side of the complex, where boats can be tied up safely on shore or canoes and kayaks can be pulled up. There is a choice of great sandy swimming beach parks within a few hundred meters. There are two beautiful sandy beaches adjacent to the condo property with great swimming and picnic facilities. The condo property has boat access on the river channel and a large fish pond, park and walking path on the lakeside. There is a wonderful hike and bike trail along the lake shore, starting at the side of our complex. It has a trestle near by that is great for fishing and swimming from.

There are 6 courses within a walking or driving distance.
Shopping and Dining
The shops and restaurants are about a 2 minute walk from the property. There is a small shopping mall with a good sized IGA grocery store with deli bakery and butcher. The famous Ticklebearies Ice Cream Store is only a 3 minute drive away and there is great home cooked dining close by in the Falls, two minutes away. Fine dining and entertainment galore can be found in Penticton just 12-15 minutes away.

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due on arrival.
Booking Cancellation Conditions
If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50 percent) are refunded if the property is re-rented.
If you cancel more than 60 days prior to arrival, all payments made to date less 20% will be refunded if the unit is re-rented. If you cancel 31-60 days prior to arrival, all payments made to date less 40% will be refunded if the unit is re-rented. If you cancel 30 or less days prior to arrival, all payments made to date will be forfeited (which is 50% of the total).
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 CAD is due on arrival.
