Situated on the Riverside Golf Course. Canada'S 1998 Golf Course of the Year!

Main floor of house, 1800 sq/ft plus screened room and large deck. You can't get any closer for golf. 1st and 10th tee box, practice facilities, right out your door. Minutes to natural hot springs. Ten golf courses in the area. Choose between hot spring swimming pools or the beautiful, scenic, natural hot spring pools. Fabulous trails to hike, bike, quad etc. Tennis courts only steps away. Located between 2 gorgeous lakes. Lake Windermere and Columbia Lake. They both have fabulous beach area's. Float, tube, fish, canoe or kayak down the Columbia River. They have horse back trail rides.

Special weekly deals. Lots of windows to enjoy the scenery. Take a leisurely evening walk around the golf course or mountain trails. There are also (free) natural hot spring pools to relax in. The house is located at the 1st and 10th tee box. Restaurant, lounge and practice facilities right out your door. Minutes to natural hot spring pools. Ten golf courses in the area. Choose between swimming pools or the beautiful, scenic natural hot spring pools. Great trails if you want to hike, bike, quad and dirt bike. Tennis courts are only steps away. White water raft the famous Kicking Horse River. Columbia Lake is great for water skiing. Fabulous trails to hike or bike around Columbia Lake. Drive and then a mild 30 minute hike up Mount Swanzi and watch the hang gliders take off. Breath taking view of the valley.

We have great tenants in the basement with their own entrance.

Sometimes the Kids Sleep on the Deck.
Full Kitchen. Screened 10 X 10 Room off Kitchen. - we Have a Full Kitchen. we Try and Maintaine a Full Supply of Coffee, Tea, Sugar, Ketchup, Etc. So you Don'T Have to Bring That.
