Beautiful countryside manor villa divided into only 3 apartments, situated in the heart of the famous Roman hills just 600 m from the historic centre of Rocca di Papa (all kinds of shops, bus service for Rome). Very panoramic view. Peaceful position. The apartment (120 m2) takes up the entire ground floor of the villa and is characterised by a very large terrace, of exclusive use, that faces the valley that extends towards Rome. The other apartments are on the 1st floor and have an outdoor area behind the house and an independent car park. Access to the house along a shared internal road with remonte controlled gate. Parking. DISTANCES: 5 km from the Lake of Albano, 30 km the historic centre of Rome and Tor Vaianica (free and equipped beaches with beach chairs, sun umbrellas, etc.), in a radius of 10 km there are many interesting historic centres such as Castel Gandolfo (summer residence of the Pope), Marino, Albano, Genzano, etc..
ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl.: living room (TV) with fireplace that communicates with the dining area by means of a large glass wall and access to a spacious portico and to the large terrrace, kitchen/dining room with access to the portico, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedded room, 1 single bedroom (window without view), 1 single bedroom with high window (cannot look out), 1 bathroom with shower, 1 bathroom with bath. Possibility of an extra bed for kids. Reasonably comfortable furniture. Central heating.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
