Bed Summary

Master Bedroom

1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). The master bedroom and the bedroom 1 are located on the 2nd floor. They share the same master bath. The floors are maple, sanded pine and area rugs.The pine floors are covered by white berber area carpets. Removal of street shoes indoors is requested.

Bedroom

2 Single Beds (sleeps 2). The living/dining room has a seating area and a dining table for 4-6, white marble top. Additional chairs for the dining room are provided for a larger group. The floors are oak, covered with persian wool rug. The kitchen floor is linoleum, the breakfast room has maple floors, antique pine table and chairs to match. The powder room off the kitchen has maple floors, new construction.

Bedroom

1 King or 2 Singles Bed (sleeps 2). This room has a separate entrance directly from the drive way and it is also accessible from the main house, 5 feet away from the main kitchen. Coffee machine and a small refrigerator are available in this studio. The room sleeps 2. There is spare room for an additional matress or baby crib.

Bathrooms

Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
Bathroom 2 has toilet and one basin.
Bathroom 3 has toilet, shower, hair dryer and one basin.

View

The view from all parts of the house is spectacular.All rooms have water views.

More Information

Outdoor furniture, table and chairs and a sun umbrella available for outdoor eating, on the natural lawned platform-deck behind the house, on the water side. Window A/C units or portable fans available in each room.

Beach gradient is steep, drops off immediately. Beach surface is rocky. The house is 150 feet away from the Atlantic Ocean. The shore is rocky, spectacular. The rocks are easily accessible and large enough for sun bathing. The Atlantic Ocean water is usually cold, one can swimm only in the summertime.A row boat is available on the premises. One can rent canoes in the Rockport Harbor, 5 min away. There are lakes with sandy beaches nearby.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 6.
Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 9:00 AM.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 20$/hr. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate of Discuss w/ Owner may be provided.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
