The rocks are easily accessible and large enough for sunbathing. The Atlantic Ocean water is usually cold, one can swim only in the summertime. A row boat is available on the premises. One can rent canoes in the Rockport Harbor, 5 min away. There are lakes with sandy beaches nearby.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with the owner) is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Travelers Cheques
    Payment in Euros or British Pounds welcome.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 7.
    • Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
    • An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 20$/hr. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate may be provided.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
