50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Discover Card - Cash - Diners Club - Western Union - Travelers Cheques
All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card number giving accurate information i.e. name, credit card number and expiration date.
In the event of a cancellation or no show, a fee of 20% will be charge for short stay and a 50% charge for longer periods. If notice is not received 14 days in the winter and 7 days in summer, prior to arrival.
All cancellations should be in writing (i.e. letter, fax or email).
