More Information

The beautiful city of Murcia is a 25 minute drive away. Historic Cartagena has a wonderful port area and takes around 30 minutes to reach by car. There is a mainline station at the nearby town Balsicas. Should you wish to visit the beach to bathe in the calm waters of the Mar Menor (Warm Sea), it is a 20 minute drive to the nearest beach. The calm waters are safe for children. On site there is a brand new golf academy with professionals on hand plus a practice putting area and driving range. A driving range is located near the club shop adjacent to the club house bar. Tee times can be booked via our local agent. In addition we can arrange a welcome pack for when you arrive and you can be met at the property by our agent who will help familiarise you with its features. A babysitting service is also available payable locally.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 14 or more days prior to arrival) - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Western Union

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 8:00 AM and check out before 8:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
