Just a 10 minute walk from Los Muertos Beach, your vacation condo provides a view of the bay from a spacious terrace. It is in a building with 14 other units and is located on the second floor.

There are two master suites, one king-size bed and one queen-size bed, both with private bathrooms and large closets. The condo comes fully equipped with linens, kitchen appliances, dishwasher, and double door refrigerator. A washer and dryer are available in the utility room. The building has a purified water system.

The terrace runs the full length of the condo and offers a dining area and lounge chairs.
There is docking CD/Ipod player. A DVD player connects to a TV with cable TV. Wireless internet is also available.
The complex has a large pool that is heated during the winter months so swimming is possible all year round.

There are five or six steps to the street below. Just across the street there are stairs which will lead down to Los Muertos Beach. Blue Chairs Resort is just a short distance.

There is a safe for your valuables and the complex is monitored 24 hours per day by security cameras.
