The building has stairs that connect with numerous other stone staircases to walk down to the beach - about a 2- 3 block steep walk down different staircases depending on where you want to end up , from 'blue chairs' to Freddy Tucan's and Olas Altas. The walk down is maybe 8 minutes. The walk up is steep, so take a taxi for around $3 or $4.
