The main view is on the park and the roman countryside. The house is surrounded by a luxuriant garden full of palms, pines, Lebanese Cedars and olive trees.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 3 minute(s). Just a few steps down the road from Vigna Licia, there is a small grocer’s and a butcher’s. A restaurant pizzeria is about 2 km from the gate.
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 is required.

• Check in after 5:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 8.00.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
