The ideal place for a gorgeous Roman stay in Vatican Area. A delicious sunny apartment just renovated very luxurious and well-finished with private parking. It has a beautiful sunny terrace overlooking the large grounds of a 17Th century villa, few minutes from (Villa Pamphili) which Romans love just the way New Yorkers love Central Park. It seems to stay in a country side but in less than 15 min, walking you will stay in P.zza S. Pietro. Perfect for a relaxing stay in a romantic privacy. If you have friends travelling with you we have a similar apartment on the same floor for other 4 people

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Western Union
Balance will be payable in cash upon your arrival.

Policies
• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 2:00 AM and 4:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 35.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
