30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less a variable percentage depending on the timing) are refunded.

To confirm the booking - a 30% advance payment of the total is required to transferred or deposited to our bank account. The balance is to be paid in cash upon Check In. Note: Any Bank charges are to be paid by the Remitter. Use your Bank's Money Transfer system.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
• Check in after 12:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 15 Euro. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate of To Be Determined may be provided.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
