From the apartment you can see Via appia there are a lot of restaurants , banks shops cinema just on the corner there is the subway stop "ponte lungo" there is alos the night bus stop and the taxi station

30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). For guests 25 years of age or younger a credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
• Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 1 Dog or Cat is allowed under 40lbs (14kg) in size.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 30.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
