We are located just round the corner from the Roman Forum and the Coliseum.
The apartment features two private bedrooms (one with double bed, one with queen bed +single, and both with a/c), full bathroom, kitchenette and living room.
The location is the one way street Via Baccina, behind the main Via dei Fori Imperiali and Via Cavour.

This is one of the trendiest area of downtown Roma, still keeping though its ancient aura, and tranquil alleys. The close-by Via dei Serpenti and Via del Boschetto feature several dine outs, pizzeria and trattoria, meeting points for the notti romane!!

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
The booking is confirmed with a credit card and payment made on arrival. There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express - Cash - Travelers Cheques
Guests are fully responsible for any damage occurring in the apartments while their stay. A check will be performed by the landlord upon departure: please be careful with all of the appliances and furniture.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 3 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
