The apartment is located on the top floor (it is the fifth one) of an elegant, early 20th century building, with elevator
• 15 minutes by subway from train station. 30-70 minutes away from airport.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). A lot of shops, Internet cafè and restaurants close to the apartment
The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.

• Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided.
• Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
