Guests may arrive on any day of the week.
I have done an agreement with a company that will provide you with private transfer (with driver waiting for you at the arrival terminal with your name on a sign) at the following rates: 1 to 4 persons (including luggage) 45€; 5 to 6 persons (including luggage) 55 €. If pick will be arranged from 22.00 pm to 06:00 am there will be a surcharge of 10€. Same rates applies for return travel. If you want I can reserve the transfer for you, you will pay directly at the driver.

• Fiumicino Airport is within a 20 minute(s) drive. The apartment is very well connected to the centre of Rome. The bus stop is nearby and it is possible to reach the ST. Peter in five minutes.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Many shops, restaurants, supermarkets, bank are all located within few minutes walk.
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required.

• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
