A lovely 80mq flat only 200 meters away from the Vatican Museums. It's located on the top floor, with lift. The apartment can host a family or a group of friends up to five persons, it is composed of a bed room with a double bed, a living room with a double sofabed, and a studio with a single sofabed. The kitchen is completed equipped. The bathroom is divided into two parts. On one side you will find the toilet,basin,bidet on the other side you will find the shower with another basin. You can walk to all the shops that you could need,restaurants, pubs, wine bars, & supermarkets.

Special Conditions
I have done an agreement with a company that will provide you with private transfer (with driver waiting for you at the arrival terminal with your name on a sign) at the following rates: 1 to 4 persons (including luggage) 45€; 5 to 6 persons (including luggage) 55 €. If pick will be arranged from 22.00 pm to 06:00 am there will be a surcharge of 10€. Same rates applies for return travel. If you want I can reserve the transfer for you, you will pay directly at the driver.

Payment Details
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 is required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
