• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed and children under 1 years old stay free.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 15E/hr.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
