“La Terrazza Apartment” is situated in a charming period farmhouse very close to the Centre of Rome and to Saint Peter. The apartment is a one floor( without lift) apartment, and is very luxurious and well-finished even in details. It has a double bed room, a lounge whit a double sofa bed, fire place and dining room, a kitchen is fully equipped, washing machine, dish washer, , fridge, freezer, microwave oven, the bedroom and the living room are equipped with air conditioning, in the living room there is the TV, a bathroom has a shower. The apartment has a beautiful terrace 40sq. meters each.

Special Conditions
I have done an agreement with a company that will provide you with private transfer (with driver waiting for you at the arrival terminal with your name on a sign) at the following rates: 1 to 4 persons (including luggage) 45€; 5 to 6 persons (including luggage) 55 €. If pick will be arranged from 22.00 pm to 06:00 am there will be a surcharge of 10€. Same rates applies for return travel. If you want I can reserve the transfer for you, you will pay directly at the driver.

• No smoking is allowed.
• No children are allowed under 15 years old.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
