Air conditioning is considered as an extra fee and it is € 10,00 per day. Guests can choose to have it or not during their stay in the apartment only in summer or hot periods. For 3-4 occupants, the Extra Person Fee is reduced to €100. For 1-2 occupants, the Extra Person Fee is waived.

1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). Very large and cozy. It has a comfortable queen size bed and a very very large wardrobe that can hold everything, they are in cherry wood material and whipped cream colours. It has a big 'Como';' and a big mirror, too + TV.
1 Double Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2) and 1 Single Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 1). New and comfortable high quality queen sofa-bed in the living room and a single chair-bed. They are the best sofa bed ever because they are convertible in 3 sleeping places with orthopaedic mattresses. The living room is very cozy and spacious suitable for 3 persons.
Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, shower, hair dryer, one basin and bidet.
The apartment is in the center of the City in a very nice area with city view.

20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Direct Bank Deposit - Western Union
The total amount of the rental fee (less 20% deposit) and the security deposit are due in cash upon arrival. We will need a confirmation by fax or e-mail, along with a signed copy of the contract and with 20% deposit receipt of the total stay. The apartment will be booked as soon as we receive your fax or e-mail with the contract filled in, signed and as soon as the payment has been received. Please make payment in the form of Bank transfer.

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 1 Dog or Cat is allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 100,00 will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 20,00 per day.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
