This apartment is 300m away from St. John's Basilica which is Rome's Cathedral. It can host up to 5 people and it is composed of a double room, a bedroom with single beds, a living room with sofa bed and dinner table, a bathroom with shower; the kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, refrigerator, microwave oven. The heating system is centralized and the floors are made of marble.

• Ciampino Airport is within a 30 minute(s) drive. From/To Ciampino Airport 1. BUS and METRO – You can take a TERRAVISION bus at Ciampino that will bring you at Termini Station in about 40 minutes; from Termini Station please follow indication below. The price is 8,00 € for a single ticket and 13,50 € for a return one; tickets can be bought at the arrival terminal or on line at www.lowcostcoach.com 2. PRIVATE TRANSFER – I have an agreement with a company that will provide you with private transfer (with a driver waiting for you at the arrival terminal with your name on a sign) at the following rates: 1 to 3 persons (including luggage) 45€; 4 to 5 persons (including luggage) 55€. For pick ups from 22.00 pm to 06:00 am there will be a surcharge of 10€. Same rates apply for return travel. If you want I can reserve the transfer for you, and you will pay the driver directly.
• Transit: can be reached by walking for 1 minute(s). Type of transit is Subway. The underground station "Re di Roma" is opposite to the apartment. Thanks to the near underground station "Re di Roma" (line A), you can reach in 10 stops (about 25 minutes) St. Peter's Basilica, and the Vatican Museums. You can also reach the Foro Romano, Colosseum, Campidoglio either by foot or by bus .
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 1 minute(s). Around the district, and all reachable by foot, there are bars, restaurants, pizzerias, fast food, open air market, supermarket, chemists, Mac Donald's, cash points/ ATM's, and many clothes stores in Appia Nuova Street, one of the most famous streets in Rome for shopping.

Payment Details
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 is required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• No children are allowed under 18 years old.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
