This bright apartment is 90 sq metres large and has 2 floors. The whole building has undergone a complete restoration externally and internally. The apartment itself has been re-furnished with the help of an interior designer.

Payment Details
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Western Union
Bank wire transfer.
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 45.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
