The apartment is 80mq; it is composed of a double room, another bedroom with single beds, living room with dinner table for 6 people; the living room has also a sofa bed and the kitchen is fully equipped with microwave oven, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher. The bathroom is equipped with WC, bidet and bath tub/shower.

Near the apartment you can find restaurants, pizzerias, pubs, cafes, wine- bars, supermarkets and an open air market.

I have made an agreement with a company that will provide you with private transfer (with driver will be waiting for you at the arrival terminal with your name on a sign) at the following rates: 1 to 4 persons (including luggage) 45€; 5 to 6 persons (including luggage) 55 €. If pick-up is arranged from 22.00 pm to 06:00 am there will be a surcharge of 10€. Same rates apply for return travel. If you want I can reserve the transfer for you, you will pay the driver directly.

30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 is required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
