This villa has been split into three, top-quality properties. All properties have shared use of the pool and enjoy possibly the best views of Monaco and the stunning Mediterranean coastline. The properties offer air conditioning, internet access, satellite TV and quality of fixtures and fittings. The private terrace allows the most memorable of al fresco dining experiences. The complex was built according to the slope of the land, between the "low Corniche" and the sea, with direct access to the beaches and small railway station, which takes you to Monaco and Menton. The true essence of the French Riviera is still alive here in this chic, pretty resort. The Italian border and the impressive market of Ventimiglia are only a short drive away.

ACCOMMODATION: 75 steps down to entrance: Living/dining room with sofa bed and patio doors to terrace. Kitchen. Three bedrooms: One king-size, one twin, one twin with folding beds. Jacuzzi-style bathroom/WC. Shower room/WC. Not suitable for the elderly/infirm.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
