1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2) and 1 Double Futon Bed (sleeps 2). Very large beautiful bedroom, has a desk, mirrored closets and next to a bathroom with two linen closets, tub, shower and skylight. There is a small TV and the room opens to a balcony with a 180 degree ocean view.
1 King or 2 Singles Bed (sleeps 2). Two single beds joined together to form a King size bed, can be separated. Private bathroom with shower, lavatory and closet. There are large closets in the bedroom and it overlooks a lovely yard and the mountains nearby.
2 Twin Beds (sleeps 2). Located in the first floor, there is also a closet, and a door to a back patio with a BBQ, the back yard, a picnic table and outside shower to rinse the sand when coming from a day at the beach

The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
