This 3 Bed 4 Bath home on the oceanfront with a pool & a jacuzzi is located @ Km 50 in a 24 hour uniform Guarded & Gated Community in northern Baja, just 45 minutes south of San Diego, CA.
• San Diego Airport is within a 45 minute(s) drive. Tiajuan, Endsenda & San Diego airports.
• Transit: can be reached by driving for 15 minute(s). Type of transit is Bus. MEXIC COACH stops @ The Rosarito Beach Hotel. Arrangements can be made to pick you up there.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 30 minute(s). There are 3 golf course(s) nearby.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 10 minute(s). The lobster village of Puerto Nuevo has many fun shops!
• The unit is Ocean front. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is sand and rocks.

The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited except your security/damage deposit.

*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• A maximum of 2 Dogs and/or Cats are allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of $50 will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $30.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for $50 per day and/or $250 per week. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate.
