• Parking Provided: 1 Covered. 24 hour gate guarded parking. Only one car per condo unit allowed. If more than one car , then it will be subject to availability. Per our contract, we only authorize one car. Any additional car may be parked inside the complex or in the parking lot next door. It would be advisable to make plans with one car/mini van to avoid having to park car outside.

View from each room. Living room has a full unobstructed ocean and beach view. Master and second bedroom have very nice panoramic views both in the day and night time.

Location

Distances

• 30 minutes south of the San diego/Tijuana border. You can fly to San Diego International or Tijuana International. Take a Cab or rent a car. 1> if you do not have a car, you can go take a special bus that will take you from San Diego border to Rosarito Beach for $6 per person-one way. You can get more details at www.mexicoach.com. 2> you can rent a car from various car companies but you must make sure that they allow the cars to travel into Mexico. Not all the major ones do so clients must shop around prior to getting to the San Diego international airport 3> if you have a car, you will need to get "Mexican car insurance". Most of the major auto insurance policies do not cover cars in "Mexico" - so shop around on the internet prior to arrival. Most of them can be done by email/fax 24 hours through the internet. There are many options, but you must do your homework before you arrive at the Mexican border.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). About 30 minutes from two major golf courses - said to be the best in Baja. The two major golf courses are : Real Del Mar - this is a Marriot Hotel golf course located north of Rosarito Beach. Del Mar - this is a golf community south of Rosarito Beach. Both are ocean view golfing.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Within one block of restaurants, supermarkets, liquor stores, pharmcay, night clubs including world famous "Papas and Beer" as seen on MTV.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Three minutes from the beach. There is a small "Gated Beach" for kids to play near the swimming pool, jacuzzi area but there is also a door to go outside to the Rosarito Public Beach. There you can ride horses, rent a quad, go surfing and chill out at the beach.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

All of the rent is required (immediately) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments (less 100) are refunded.

Policies

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 5:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided daily during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate of Discuss w/ Owner may be provided.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
