• Parking Provided: 1 Outdoor. 24 hour gate guarded parking. Only one car per condo unit allowed. If more than one car, then it will be subject to availability. Per our contract, we only authorized one car. Any additional car may be parked outside the complex at your own risk. Additional cars parked in the complex will be ticket a fine of $100.00. It would be advisable to make plans with one car/suv/mini van to avoid having to park outside or be fined.

Distances

• The nearest aiports would be San Diego Airport in San Diego, California (approx. 1 hour away from Las Gaviotas-Rosarito Beach) and Tijuana Aeropuerto in Tijuana Baja California, Mexico ( located Crossing the Mexican/U.S. border in Tijuana & apprx. 30 minutes from Las Gaviotas Community).
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). About 30 minutes from 2 major Golf Courses- said to be the best in Baja. The two major Golf Courses are: Real Del Mar- This is a Marriot Hotel Golf Course located North of Rosarito Beach. Del Mar- This is a Golf Community South of Rosarito Beach. Both are oceanview golfing.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Many shopping stores & mexican craft shops down the Rosarito Beach road. All within minutes away from each other. There are many Restaurants also at driving distance from Las Gaviotas Community.
• Walking distance to the beach - about 3 minute walk. Unit is oceanfront with a complete view of the ocean from the units large balcony. The beach is sand and rocks. The water is surf water. There are good swimming conditions in luke warm water. Las Gaviotas Beach is private for all clients staying in the community. Most of the people in Las Gaviotas are tourist. No outsiders are allowed in. Enjoy great waves and a beautiful view of the beach.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

All of the rent is required (immediately) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments (less 100) are refunded.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 5:00PM and check out before 12:00PM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided daily during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate may be provided.
