    • Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). There are 2 golf courses, one about 15-20 minutes away and the other is about 30 minutes away.
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Right in front of the complex just take a few step out of the complex and you are there!
    • Beach gradient is steep, drops off immediately. Beach surface is coarse sand. There is a dock. Just take a few steps and you are there.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    All of the rent is required (15 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.

    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
