Payment Details

The booking is confirmed with a credit card and payment made on arrival. A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments (less 20%) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
Cash payment is required on arrival. A credit card is needed to guarantee the reservation. There will be no charge to your credit card unless there is a cancellation within 30 days of arrival or if there is a no show. A 20% cancellation fee is applied

Smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed.
Check in after 10:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
All pets are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
