50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival) A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card
Any changes or cancellations made within 24 hours within its
booking time will not be penalized.
Should the need to cancel arise outside of 30 days prior to your arrival,
you will forfeit 10% of your deposit plus the $49 reservation fee. If a
cancellation occurs within 30 days of your arrival date, the entire deposit
will be non-refundable and non-transferable.
If you shorten the length of your stay within 30 days of your arrival date,
you will be charged 50% of the rate of the cancelled nights.
For reservations made within 30 days of your arrival date, cancellations
must be made no later than 24 hours after making the reservation, otherwise
the 50% deposit will be forfeited.
Any change in accommodation, length or date of stay will be subject to the
cancellation policy above. No refunds will be given for late arrivals or
early departures.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• A maximum of 2 pets are allowed. A fee of based on size will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
