Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 30 or more days prior to arrival, all payments are refunded.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 25 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 25 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 7 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 11:00 AM Keyless entry code is supplied by owner prior to arrival. Guest to notify owner if they expect to arrive after 9 pm. Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 400 CAD is due on arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded on check-out day., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 150.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants. Guest is expected to remove the garbage & recycling on departure.

Phone use is included in the rent. Local calls are free. Outbound long distance calls are free to Canada.

Air Conditioning is included in the rent Excessive use will be charge for by deducting the cost from the security deposit.
