Named after two cats. Enjoy all the comforts of home in this luxurious, 4 bedroom, cedar beam chalet. Quiet, but only 1 block from the shops and restaurants of historic Columbia Avenue. Huge deck and amazing view of town and the surrounding mountains.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel 15 or more days prior, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
Maid Service is provided every 4 days during a stay.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
