Spokane Airport is a 3 hour drive away for the condo. Trail Airport is 30 minute drive away.
Shopping and Dining
Located 3 kilometers from downtown Rossland a 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk along the beautiful Centennial Trail.
Golf Courses
There are several golf courses within a 1 hour drive of the condo. The nearest being the Rossland-Trail Golf Course.
Snow Skiing & Boarding
Located close to the base of Red and Granite Mountain ski terrain at Red Mountain Resort in Rossland a 5 minute walk to the ski lifts.
Payments
Booking Cancellation:
If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund.
Cancellations outside of the above policy to be discussed with the owner.
Booking Deposit:
The booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 1 nights rent.
Payment Balance:
The payment balance is due 15 days prior to arrival.

A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit.
