Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 7 or more days prior to arrival) - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• A maximum of 3 Dogs and/or Cats are allowed, up to and over 75lbs (34kg) but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of $50/pet/week $100/month will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for 50 (to 82 degrees included in the rent) per week. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate.
