Payments and Policies

Payment Details

All of the rent is required (45 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for $80 per week. A minimum of 7 days of heat is required. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is prorated using weekly rate.
