The views are of the private pool and lanai at the back. At the front there are pine trees and gardens. The house does not have any property at the front or right side and has just one unoccupied house on the left.

With year round temperature of 75 degrees on land and the sea always in the 80’s, makes it ideal for sun bathing, swimming or just sight seeing. The location of the villa is within easy reach of beaches at Englewood and Boca Grande.
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 10 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 150) are refunded if the unit is re-rented. Owner accepts payments by: PayPal

- No smoking is allowed.
- Children are allowed.
- Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM.
- Dogs and Cats are allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner.
- There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
- No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
