Our luxurious villa is located in a quiet residential area backing onto the Rotonda Waterway and close to Port Charlotte and the Gulf Islands. Glorious unspoilt beaches, superb golf courses, deep-sea harpoon fishing, fine restaurants and shopping mall all within 15 min drive. Rotonda is a very safe and well-maintained community with golf courses, tennis courts and children's play area within a few minutes drive. Fishing boat charters are available at Punta Gorda. Unspoilt beaches are 10 min. drive and Adventure Island and Busch Gardens 90 mins. Or just totally relax in our beautiful villa.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    10% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 350 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less a variable percentage depending on the timing) are refunded.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $80.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
