No parking for RV's or boats allowed on the property - arrangements must be made direct with Rotonda West Association well in advance if this is required.

1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). A lovely large room overlooking the pool and lanai. Walk-in wardrobe and a large en-suite bathroom. This bedroom has its own TV.

1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). A second master bedroom: also a lovely large room with fitted wardrobes and also overlooking the pool and lanai area. The en-suite bathroom and walk-in shower leads from the bedroom.

1 Queen or 2 Singles Bed (sleeps 2). This bedroom has 2 twin beds which can be made up into a queen size bed when required. This room has fitted wardrobes/cupboards and a chest of drawers. The bathroom for this bedroom adjoins via a connecting door.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

10% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 350 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less a variable percentage depending on the timing) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $80.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
