50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.

Please note that the deposit required is non refundable and is 50% of rental, payment in full is required 7 days prior to arrival. Bond required ($300)- will be refunded at the end of your stay. Cleaning cost is $75 negotiable. Minimum 2 night stay year around, during Christmas and New Years we require a 10 night minimum (negotiable based on gap nights). Rates are subject to change any time at owners discretion.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $50.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
