There is a large barbecue by the pool with a covered seating area, to enjoy meals al fresco. Ideal for walking or birdwatching, it is a very special retreat from the busy world. Half an hour away is Les Eyzies, the prehistoric caves at Rouffignac or the pretty town of Montignac, ideal for its market and river for canoeing. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
