The house has a garden (400 m2) where you will find the floodlit swimming pool, which is also protected by an alarm. Quite peaceful position, in a residential area on the side of a hill. Parking. LOCATION: 3 minutes from the centre of Goult (grocery shops, restaurants, health spa center) full of ancient monuments (12th century castle, roman church, mill), 17 km Apt (all kinds of shops), 20 km Cavaillon (railway station), 40 km Avignon (TGV railway station, airport, festival).
The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
