Between May 2 and September 26 Guests may only arrive on: Saturday.
Special rebates to be considered off season (i.e. from September to May) for longer stays (> 2 weeks) or for rental without the studio flat (maximum 8 persons).

All of the rent is required (30 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments (less 25%) are refunded. Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Western Union - Travelers Cheques To be discussed.

- Smoking is allowed.
- Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
- Check in after 5:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
- No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
- There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
- Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of €12/hour.
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
